Terms
The terms for using this website and what is published on it
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website at aiirgap.com and the material published on it: the description of the AiirGap project, the research articles and the figures they report. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. The prototype is not offered here
AiirGap is a project. The software the site describes is a prototype, and nothing on this site offers it, licenses it or promises it to anyone. Anyone who runs the prototype does so under a separate written agreement, and these terms say nothing about that use. Documents processed by the prototype stay where it runs; the site never receives them.
3. The research and the figures
The articles and numbers on this site are published as they were measured, on the hardware, model and settings each page states. They are offered for reading and for checking, without warranty that a different setup will reproduce them. You may quote them with attribution and a link to the page. Where a page names a source file or a method, that file or method is the reference, and the site text yields to it.
4. Using the site
Use the site for reading, sharing and getting in touch. You will not:
- Attempt to compromise the site or the service that delivers the contact and follow forms
- Submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not entitled to use
- Scrape the site in a way that burdens it; the plain-text and Markdown versions exist for that purpose
5. The information you give us
An email address left through the contact or follow form is used for the purpose it was given for and nothing else. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how it is handled.
6. Names and marks
The AiirGap name and logo belong to the project. The two open standards linked from the About page, GASP and the AI Control Framework, are published under their own licences, which govern their use.
7. Liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent Irish law allows, the project is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site or on the figures published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and any dispute about them is for the courts of Ireland.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the project does. The date at the top of the page is updated when they do, and the current version is the one that applies.
